I cannot sing this locations praises loud enough the food was absolutely delicious we had wings, Sonny Burger, and hot dog. The food did not disappoint and the fries were also crispy and delicious. What made the experience even better than the food was our wonderful server Nikki we will be back again thanks to her positive attitude and hospitality. Keep up the good work this restaurant definitely adds to fountain city’s charm!

Random visit to Sunny’s ended up in a super fun night! Food was great! I had the Philly and my husband had the burger “Sunny’s way”, both were incredibly tasty. Not to mention the slaw... sooo good. Katie was very friendly and welcomed us to come sit at the bar and made us feel like regulars. The owner ran the trivia that night and was also very entertaining. Overall fun vibe and great food!

Our first time here and the food was very good. They had live music inside and we sat outside on the covered patio. Service was slower than usual, but understandable. When the owner is out working tables also, you know everything is being done. I know we will return.

Delicious burgers and fries! Slaw was surprisingly delicious too! Had the Southwest springroll appetizers which were different, but so yummy! Outstanding service also! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed coming to this restaurant. The food is so good!!! We started off with the Hot honey cheese bites, which were absolutely amazing!! Wonderful crunchy outside lightly drizzled with Sriracha honey and smooth pimento cheese on the inside. I had the Fountain City Philly. It came with nice crispy fries, and a vinegar based cole slaw that I have to admit I was apprehensive about trying it, but it surpassed my expectations and it was very good!! The Philly was exactly what a Philly should be. Tender steak meat nicely seasoned, peppers and onions sauteed well. Wonderful melty provolone cheese makes the Philly come together in a mouth watering, can't put it down, sandwich. My husband had the Garlic Parmesan boneless wings. Those came with nice crispy french fries as well. The wings were very meaty and more than one bite each. 10 wings with plentiful sauce made made these lip smacking delicious!! The atmosphere was fun and enjoyable. The wait staff was laughing and having fun. Plenty of games on the TVs for your entertainment and the decorations of flags for our great USA, Military and Law Enforcement made it feel welcoming. We will definitely come back!

Tried out Sonny's Original Southern Pub in Knoxville recently and was really impressed. I ordered the chicken wings, and they were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take pride in how they season and cook them. The vibe inside the pub was laid-back and welcoming, and the service was friendly without being overbearing. It felt like a great spot to relax, grab a bite, and enjoy some good southern comfort food. Fantastic family owned restaurant. My first time eating there didn't disappoint whatsoever. Hands down the best cheesesteak in town. It's a 2 hand explosion of yumminess! This is in the Old Sam & Andy's but this place is my new go to local eatery. It's simply fantastic.

The bar closed at 11. My friends and I were catching the end of the game. We walked out at 10:58. We were outside trying to figure out how to watch the last 4 minutes of the game. The servers on this Wednesday night were so KIND, they put the game on the outside TV for us to watch. We were able to finish watching the game no issue. They didn't have to do that for us. They didn't even ask us to leave. We all worked in service before, we didn't want to hold them up. It was that level of awareness and Kindness that will earn them my repeat business. You can tell, they hire good people here. PLUS, the specials were great on Wednesday! 1/2 price wings and 5 margaritas?! Easy to have a great time with friends! I recommend Hot Honey BBQ wings!
